About Poplar Park
All persons who purchase residential property in Poplar Park Community automatically become members of the Association and such membership is not severable unless and until the person sells their property.
This membership entitles the property owner to all of the rights and privileges afforded by the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, Declaration and Bylaws (Governing Documents). The Governing Documents also create certain obligations and responsibilities for the property owner, including but not limited to requirements to pay annual assessments and to abide by certain covenants and rules. Members pay homeowner assessments through GHACM our financial management agent.
